Laura’s year includes the National Title
Laura has added hto her impressive record with more victories this year.
In May she attended the US Triathlon meet, competing in the Long Course National DuathlonChampionship. She won this in just under 2:29 to become national champion.
July saw her taking on the Maryland Olympic Duathlon and winning in 1.57.18, and in October she won the Blues Cruise 50k Trail Ultra, which she also won – breaking the course record.
With so much successin longer events, some people may have een surprisd to see an entry in the Canadian National 5kmRoad Race Championships, although she did takethe title in her age group (35-39).
